Men In Black: International (Review)

Warning: this post contains movie spoilers.

The movie was overall a great movie similar to the previous Men In Black films with enjoyable comedy, humor, and action!

I recently had the chance to watch the movie this summer but after the movie ended. I felt like I had been left with a lot of questions or was unsure about certain relationships that had previously formed in the movie. In short, the movie could have had a better ending.

At the climax of the movie in Paris, Agent H finds out his long time partner High T is the Hive he tries to call back his friend who is now fused with the Hive beast who is ready to rewrite MIB history and take over the world. It turned out that when Agent H and T fought the Hive many years ago they had actually lost and had their memories wiped.  It is this concept in the movie that I think should have been a bit more clarified in the ending through possible a flashback or High T/The Hive could have elaborated. A flashback scene where it shows what really happened on that faithful day. The reason why H's voice was able to invoke T inside of the Hive alien to open his grasp to the powerful planet destroying weapon. A flashback would have helped to clarify these emotions and probably could have helped us recognize the reason for H and T's strong bond. I would have also liked to know if Agent T was still somewhere inside of the alien fighting it or if he just truly gave in to the beast. An understanding of this would have helped to clarify if Agent T could have possibly been a traitor in the past too. You can tell that there was a lot of questions on my mind.

Overall, these loose ends are what make this movie one of the best. It leaves that sense of mystery similar to previous MIB movies and invokes feelings of amazement once again to the concept of aliens. If there was another MIB movie I'm sure we would all be thrilled to experience the same action and excitement. Hopefully they build off their new characters because Agent M seems to have a very bright future ahead of her.

Why You Should Say "Hi" First

Ever walk down the street and see millions of faces you don't know and just wish on the inside that you had the courage to talk to people. As an introvert and shy guy in general, I have struggled with this problem for most of my life and all of that slowly started to change the moment I decided to take initiative and say hi first. What I Learned About Life From Watching "Codename: Kids Next Door (KND)"

The Kids Next Door (KND) is an early 2000s Cartoon Network TV show that was based on the idea of kids with their endless creativity teaming up with their friends to fight off their enemies who were regularly adults. I know this concept seems a bit convoluted but it actually is a lot more understandable than it sounds. KND only fights evil adults that treat others badly because not all adults are bad and not all teenagers are bad either; it is the acts of unfair treatment or cheating that causes this team of operatives to spring into action and save others, specifically kids.
