Airpods - Experience with Studying
After owning my first Apple Airpods for almost a year now, I got to say this is one of the most worth while investments I have ever made. After experimenting with bluetooth headphones in the past, I soon discovered that nothing was as portable and comfortable as wearing a pair of airpods.
Current Benefits
Why I Made The Purchase (Personal Experience)
I originally wore the Apple Earpods which were my earphones of choice even though it connected with a wire and aux chord. The more I realized that other headphones didn't fit as comfortably the more I finally decided to make the decision to switch. However, I held back on purchasing a pair for the longest time. On Christmas, my uncle got me a gift that was a generic big version of the airpods. It was my first taste of the wireless earbud industry besides owning Zolo Liberty headphones off Amazon at one point (these later broke down and wouldn't charge anymore). I knew I wanted to try again with wireless earphones. The generic airpods produced good music but the fit was very uncomfortable and charging it was a bit awkward with the case producing flashy colors; it also wasn't as portable either compared to real airpods. I decided to consider the idea of getting real Apple Airpods more during that Christmas because I knew my current Apple Earpods fit very snugly in my ear and the audio was just about or at least almost as good as real airpods.
When I first started graduate school, I grew tired easily of having to untangle earphone wires to use my Apple earpods. I made a new friend at school named Chris. He studied a lot with his airpods and even wore it at the gym! I was blown away by how he maximized the item's use. He had owned his airpods for more than a year and it hasn't broken on him since. As I started spending more time with Chris studying and working out together, I soon started to notice the benefit and level of convenience the airpods had provided him. At this point, I had made my decision to make the purchase and haven't looked back since then.
I hope my analysis and story has helped you learn more about the amazing benefits of Apple Airpods, and I would highly recommend getting them if you are looking to upgrade your workflow! There is even a second version that was recently released with portable charging so even more benefits to you. Happy Studying!
Current Benefits
- I currently use my airpods for studying and hobbies such as this blog post.
- I purchased the original version of the airpods which does the main tasks of any portable headphones.
- I use it every time I go out for a workout in the gym or go for a run in light rain.
- I use it for studying just about everyday of school.
- They easily switch between my Apple devices.
- I use it to record Youtube videos and podcast episodes
- I enjoy listening to music and even dancing while wearing them.
- They are overall stylish.
- For creating music to tune out my surroundings and amplify the sound of my instrument or voice.
- The charging and battery life is surprisingly long lasting. I rarely run out of charge.
My Only Issues
- At certain times, there have been moments that the airpods had disconnected from my device during a workout but this situation has majority of the time been caused by the app crashing. I currently own an iPhone 6S so this issue is very common. Newer iPhone editions would most likely experience a lot less app crashes for better streaming. Nevertheless, if you are looking for portable earphones for studying you have found the jackpot!
- The case and earphones gets dirty very easily over time. I usually find myself scratching off dirt particles which are very noticeable since I own the white version of the airpods.
- Audio can sometimes get paused in my ear while working out which is surprising during moments when I know I didn't remove it from my ear or hit any pause button.
